The preferred method of submitting your application is online at Scouting.org Online Registration Link for Pack 37 (Click here), you may also scan the QR code to the right to be taken directly to our application form.
Simply fill out the application and pay the registration fees. During this process you (guardian/parent) will create a user id and password for https://my.scouting.org, please make note of this information, this is your global Scouting user id and password, you will use it for almost all online scouting tools.

Registration fees for Cub Scouts are set by the National Organization, Council, and Pack. These fees cover your Scout for one year from the initial date of registration and are renewed annually. Registration is completed online.

BSA Youth annual registration: $85
Council Fee $65
Provides council services.
Offsets the cost of council activities.
Provides insurance through the council.
Scout Life Magazine $15 (Optional - Recommended)
Administrative Fee (Credit Card Online) $5.10
Annual registration fees for Cub Scouts are $170.10.
Fees are paid online when submitting your application(s) and renewed annually.

Through fundraising we try to cover as much of the cost of Scouting for every Scout. However, there are some activities that we can not cover 100%.

BSA Health Form A/B
BSA Health Form A/B
Health forms are required for all activities that occur outside of the Pack and Den meetings. This is a safety net providing the Pack 37 Leadership with vital information if something were to happen. Every attendee (Scout, Parent, Sibling, Friend, etc) at an event is required to have this form on file to attend events.
The form is fillable online and can be saved to your computer and uploaded using the File Upload page on our site or emailed to info@pack37johnsoncity.com or it may be printed and handed into the Cubmaster or any committee member.

Family Talent Survey
Family Talent Survey
This form is essential, it helps us get to know you. Cub Scouts is 100% Volunteer Lead and we depend on you as the parents to be part of this team. You may not desire to be a leader but your involvement is essential to the success of our program. This form will help our team know who has strengths that we can potentially lean on for the support of the program.

Youth Protection Training
Youth Protection Training
Once registered you will be able to complete Youth Protection Training. Though not required as a parent or legal guardian, this information is important so that you understand the lengths taken to ensure the safety and well-being of your children. It is recommended that all parents take the Youth Protection Training.
