Photo upload information

Naming and Identification

Please ensure all documents and photos are well name so they are easily sorted and stored in the appropriate manner. 

Examples: 

• Health Forms:

  • lastname, firstname - Health Form - 2025.01.25.pdf

• Family Talent Survey: 

  • lastname, firstname - talent survey.pdf

• Images:

  • Image naming is not as important, however if you would like to provide info in the name it can resemble the following. 

  • pinewood derby - lastname, firstname - 2025.jpg

Upload Process

Please also ensure you are uploading images of the appropriate size and type. 

You should be able to upload direct from your phone or from a computer. From a computer you can easily and quickly rename files to help with categorization, this is not as easy on a phone.
